Did you used to be a smoker?

We all know about the dangers of smoking. We also know how big a step it is to actually quit. What is less well known is that even after quitting your health will improve, but you are still at an increased risk for problems despite no longer smoking. What can be done to decrease that risk after you have stopped. Ever heard of or ever tried a lung detox? Give it a go:
